We take great care to ensure every LIFESABERS product is thoroughly tested and inspected before dispatch. As each item is handmade, minor variations may occur, but functionality and performance are always checked prior to shipping.

Defective Items (14-Day Window)

If your item is defective or faulty, you may request a refund or replacement within 14 days of purchase.

  • If a defect is confirmed:
    • We will cover the return shipping cost
    • The cost of return postage will be refunded from your original purchase
    • A replacement will be sent, or a refund issued, depending on your preference

Please contact us before returning any item so we can assist and confirm the issue.

Accidental Damage

If your item is damaged due to accidental handling or unforeseen circumstances, please contact us directly and let us know what happened.

As each situation is different, we will review the details on a case-by-case basis and work with you to find a fair solution where possible. This may include repair, replacement, or alternative options depending on the nature of the damage.

Use Outside of Instructions

LIFESABERS products are designed specifically for display and posing with 1:12 scale action figures, as outlined in the included instructions.

Any use outside of the provided instructions will void eligibility for refunds or replacements, including but not limited to:

  • Modifications or disassembly
  • Use with incompatible power sources
  • Physical stress beyond intended posing or display
  • Exposure to liquids or environments not specified in the instructions

  • Refunds or replacements will not be issued without prior contact
  • Returned items must be sent back in reasonable condition where applicable
  • We reserve the right to assess all returned items before issuing a refund or replacement
